Currently, Niman Ranch, Chipotle’s primary pork supplier, increased its pork supply to tackle the supply chain disruption. Chipotle’s determination to serve only sustainable meat has encouraged McDonald’s to develop their own sustainability standards and raise a goal of serving verified sustainable beef by 2016.
